Returns and Exchanges Policy
- We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to email@example.com with a picture of the broken/damaged product. We strive to answer and resolve all queries within 24 working hours.
- We understand that that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below. Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
- We will NOT take back a purchase if you’ve opened the seal.
- Return is also not applicable for Toners/Cartridges, Any type of Writing Instrument and Colours.
- We take due care in packing and shipping your orders. But in some exception, if your order is delivered defective or damaged, please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any issue reported after 48 hours will be specifically looked and decided, so as to cause no inconvenience to our customers.
- All products carry guarantee/warranty from manufacturer wherever applicable or provided by manufacturer.
- The defective or damaged product will be replaced, or your complete money will be refunded to you.
In case the customer don’t like the product or would like to return / replace it, then customer has to bear return shipment cost.
- When returning products please do the following: (a) contact us first to obtain a returns number and returns address; and (b) return your product with a note including details of your name, returns number, contact details, order reference number and the reason why you either: (i) wish to return your product or cancel your order; or (ii) the reason why you believe your product is faulty.
Doing this will assist us in giving you a quicker reply when we receive the product and organise a possible replacement. Your product must be returned unused and, where possible, in the original packaging. Please therefore keep the original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your product. If you do not retain your original packaging, please use similar packaging that will provide similar protection as your product must be received by us “as new” and in a condition for resale.
Return costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until we safely receive them. Where the delivery of an order is refused, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the original delivery cost plus the cost of returning the goods to us.
Refund & Cancellation
. The refund processing after the item is received by EzeeRun.com you will get refundable amount within 5-7 Working Days.
- Refunds will be processed only for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Please note that the shipping charge of Rs. 59/-, if levied, will not be refunded;
- The whole order amount for the products ordered by you will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
- EzeeRun reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
- If your order not held to our Delivery partner you are eligible for full refund.
